Our sparkling
wines
Maison Johanès Boubée handles all the supply-side logistics for Carrefour group sparkling wines, and also bottles some of them.
We have developed our expertise at our Beychac-et-Caillau site near Bordeaux, which has been modernised and restructured to house all the equipment needed to bottle sparkling wines. Our sparkling wines are produced using the tank (Charmat) method in our cellars.

Spirits
Our site in Bayeux (Calvados) has over 30 years’ experience in bottling spirits. Initially, the site specialised in the manufacture of Pastis and traditional aperitifs.
Over the years, our range of products has become more diversified: Anise, Sangria, Whisky, White spirits, Fortified wines, Liqueurs and creams, Cognac, Armagnac, Brandy.
Our
Syrups
We also have a syrup plant in Bayeux, with teams specialising in syrup recipe design and production.
In line with our commitment to environmental responsibility, we have installed a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottling line for syrups. Lightweight, durable, safe and with a lower carbon footprint than other materials, PET is the most recyclable plastic in the world.
